1.1. Money-back Guarantee rules

We created this program to truly help you build a better connection with your dog.

If you give it an honest try and don’t see the results you hoped for — we’re here for you. That’s why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee.If you joined our program through our website and saw the Money-Back Guarantee offer during checkout — and you gave the training a real try but didn’t see the progress you hoped for — we’ve got your back. You may be eligible for a refund, as long as a few simple conditions (listed below) are met.

  • You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period;
  • You have followed our recommended course: for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (for app and web version users), and completed at least the first module (for app and web version users);
  • You contacted our expert support at least twice via chat or emails (mobile or web) to request a personalized assistance and tried to follow the personalized guidelines provided for you and your dog;
  • You are able to provide a brief explanation of how you followed the expert’s advice and how it did not work for you and your dog.


Once we receive your request, we’ll take a close look and get back to you via email (or another way you’ve provided) to let you know if it’s been approved.

How to Demonstrate That You Have Followed the Program
To demonstrate that you have followed the program, you must provide screenshots from the app or web version and other proofs confirming that you:


  • Followed the recommended course for at least 7 consecutive days for app and web version users (have reached 7-day streak for app users);
  • Completed at least the first module of the assigned course (for app and web version users);
  • Contacted expert support at least twice via chat or email for the personalized guidance and tried to follow the advice provided.


Important: To be eligible for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, all of the above conditions must be fully met. Please note that this guarantee does not cover other situations — it applies only when the listed requirements are fulfilled.

1.2. GENERAL REFUND RULES

We truly value your feedback and want every customer to feel confident and supported. If you're not fully satisfied with our service, you may request a refund according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Unless you meet the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 1.1), any payments made are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated here.

However, our goal isn’t just to offer a product – it’s to support you in improving your dog’s behavior and ensuring your satisfaction as a responsible dog parent. So even if you're not eligible for a refund, our support team may, at their discretion, offer extra help to get you the results you’re looking for. This might include:

  • Free extended access to the program or bonus features;
  • Personalised guidance from one of our expert trainers;
  • Hand-picked video lessons or course recommendations based on your dog’s unique needs.


Please note: refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase. After that, we're no longer able to issue refunds.

Note for the Brazil residents:
If you are a resident of Brazil, you may withdraw from the contract within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or the receipt of the product or service. If you exercise this right, upon your request we will return the payment you have made.

Note for the EU residents: If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of Services. If you purchase a single item of digital content (such as a video or PDF file), you expressly agree that it will be made available to you immediately. As a result, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal and are not eligible for a refund once access is granted. If you subscribe to an ongoing service (such as App access), you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the service. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering into the contract, we will issue a refund minus an amount proportional to the service provided prior to the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal. If you have not waived your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the date you entered into the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us on email: support@paw-champ.com of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). 

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.
